These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Syz Hosting ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing, or using our services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration.

2. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse or abuse our services. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Engaging in or enabling DDoS attacks, brute force attacks, or hacking
  • Hosting or distributing malware, spyware, ransomware, keyloggers, or phishing content
  • Running unauthorized or hidden cryptocurrency mining
  • Spamming or sending unsolicited bulk messages/emails
  • Using the service for illegal downloads, pirated content, or adult content (unless explicitly permitted)
  • Excessive resource usage that interferes with other clients
  • Use of cracked software, nulled scripts, or warez content

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found violating this section without notice or refund.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Technical issues or downtime
  • Customer dissatisfaction
  • User errors, misconfiguration, or misuse
  • Suspension or termination due to policy violations

By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

4. Uptime Guarantee

We strive to maintain 99.7% or greater uptime across all services. However, we are not liable for:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Software bugs, hardware failure, or force majeure events
  • Downtime caused by upstream providers or third-party software

We may occasionally perform scheduled maintenance and will attempt to notify users in advance.

5. Billing & Payments

  • All services must be paid in advance and are automatically renewed unless cancelled
  • Failure to pay invoices may result in service suspension or data loss
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension. If any payment dispute or chargeback occurs, no refund will be issued, regardless of the situation. These are our firm terms.
  • You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and up to date.

6. Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Keep your login credentials secure. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your responsibility.

We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by weak passwords or user negligence.

7. Data Responsibility & Backups

We do not guarantee data backups. While we may take backups for internal disaster recovery, you are responsible for creating and maintaining your own backups.

We are not liable for:

  • Lost files
  • Corrupted data
  • Accidental deletions by you or us

8. Support Policy

We provide best-effort technical support, but we are not obligated to configure, fix, or troubleshoot third-party software or custom scripts. Support is available via our official support system only. Abuse of support staff (e.g. threats, spam, rude behavior) may result in account termination.

9. Changes to Terms

Syz Hosting reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Service Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your services at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Non-payment
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Legal requests from authorities
  • Security threats or abuse reports

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and trademarks on our platform are the property of Syz Hosting or its licensors. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

12. User Content

You retain ownership of any data/content uploaded or hosted on your services. However, you:

  • Grant us permission to store and transmit your content as necessary to provide services
  • Agree not to host infringing, defamatory, or illegal content
  • Are responsible for complying with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws

13. Third-Party Services

We may integrate or use third-party software or services (e.g., control panels, billing software). We are not responsible for issues or damages arising from these external tools. Use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms and licenses.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Syz Hosting’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the current billing cycle
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • This includes but is not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or business
  • Use of our services is at your own risk.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Services will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • All software features will work as expected
  • Data will be secure or accessible at all times

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Syz Hosting is incorporated, unless otherwise required by international or consumer protection laws. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

18. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify the pricing of any service at any time, with or without notice. Price changes may apply to new purchases, upgrades, renewals, or existing services, depending on the nature of the change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of pricing changes through email or our website. Continued use of our services after a pricing update constitutes your agreement to the new prices. It is your responsibility to review our pricing regularly on our website or billing portal.
